Reforma de un palacete señorial del siglo XVI el cual consta de un patio con arcos góticos y unos baños árabes, entresuelo, planta noble, planta ático y varias terrazas. Se está haciendo un trabajo de actualización (calefacción central, electricidad, instalación de wifi en toda la casa......) pero manteniendo al máximo el carácter histórico de la casa.
También se están haciendo trabajos de restauración de las bóvedas y arcos góticos mediante la abrasión con áridos y otras técnicas así como una completa restauración del patio y cubiertas, pintura exterior e interior, saneamiento de todas las maderas y suelos....
En la cubierta se están instalando un sistema de tragaluces practicables de gran tamaño para iluminar las zonas más oscuras.
Renovation of a Mallorquin Palace from XVI century which comprises an ancient patio with gothic arches and even an arab baths, mezzanine, noble floor, attic and several terraces. We are doing a work of renovation of all the installations (heating, electricity, wifi on all the house......) but manteining its ancient character.
We are doing as well Works of restauration for the vault and the gothic arches using arid abrassion and other techniques, and a full renovation of the patio, roofs, outdoor and indoor painting, Woods, floors......
On the roof we are installing big openable Windows looking for bringing light to darkest áreas of the home.
