All the projects of 36-40 have behind them a lot of work on study, designing, architectural projects, construction, licensing.......

The result of such effort is lovely and charming properties that combine very modern elements with historical features.

But sometimes people forget that the walls of that buildings  containe centuries of history, on that houses have born and died hundred of people, lot of businessess, have been done, they have lived wars, fires, floodings, and probably have witnessed the most beautiful stories of love and the worst betrayals. 

At 36-40 we try to recover a Little bit of that history make the new owners aware of the magic that hides the walls of their new homes.

On that way we like to create a small book that collects some of the history of the building and the old town as well as a resume of the renovation process carried out.
