Tras nuestro último trabajo realizado en Calle Carnisseria N10, han sido muchos los que se han acercado a nosotros impresionados por el resultado de la reforma,uno de ellos fueron los reporteros del semanario Mallorca Zeitung quienes tenían gran interés en publicar un artículo sobre la especulación inmobiliaria en el casco antiguo.
Ante su preocupación por la voracidad del mercado inmobiliario y los efectos del mismo sobre personas desprotegidas tales como inquilinos de renta antigua que están siendo desalojados por algunos promotores, quisimos que Mallorca Zeitung conociera a una entrañable persona que vive en un inmueble que 36-40 ha adquirido recientemente.
Jaume, es propietario de un pequeño piso en dicho edificio y no solo seguirá permaneciendo en él si no que su vivienda y condiciones de habitabilidad mejorarán sensiblemente por lo que nuestra llegada a esa propiedad lejos de ser un dolor de cabeza ha supuesto una alegría.
De este modo, queríamos demostrar a la prensa alemana que no todo es especulación a cualquier coste en Palma y que es posible ganar dinero rehabilitando el casco antiguo y al mismo tiempo mejorar la vida de algunas personas que no tienen la culpa de haberse encontrado en un proceso de cambio que les supera.
