36-40 is very commited with the preservation of ancient elements of the buildings that represent the history of our city.

Therefore we work very hard helped by our archeologist team composed by Jose Merino and Virginia Garau, restoring and in some cases discovering valuable elements that has been hidden for centuries.

Our last discover was on C/Sol, where we were so lucky that removing the plaster of an old jewish palace we discovered an extremely valuable Windows from the twelve century.

This old Windows called "coronellas" are composed by three archs "geminados" suported by their respective chapitel and pilar.They are very typical from the architecture of the twelve/thirteen century on the noble houses of Palma.
